Diet is 6/10 I'd say for healtyness, I take vitamins and don't eat much chocolate/crisps etc. Exercise loads. I binge on alcohol at weekends like most 20 something year olds but not during the week...What did you do to cure this not waking up habit? 
I managed to cure it firstly by getting up every morning early, even if it's a day off. Then I improved my diet, eating more vegetables and fruit and drinking only fruit juice and no fizzy drinks (I used to drink a lot of cola). I religiously had breakfast, whereas before I would avoid it due to waking up late. I also drink energy drinks, which I would not recommend as it does a lot of damage to teeth and your stomach. Most importantly, I always take a siesta at break times. And eventually I completely cut out fast food, which also saves a lot of money too.
I would also say take a break from alcohol. I know that sounds horrible but I did it for 4 months and still managed to have a good time when going out. It was weird at first but eventually you start sourcing natural hyperactivity, meaning that you don't need alcohol. And then when you do drink, you get drunk quicker which is a lot cheaper lol. Also alcohol is a depressant, which also makes you lethargic. Try it for a couple of weeks and I'm sure you will notice a difference.
