how about secondary air pump? expensive to fix?

Nope they tend to be noisy for the first 30secs (they switch off then), mine is and I just live with it.
same here.

secondary air pump can be repaired or removed,i've removed mine and all hoses and stuff that go with it,or you can remove pump drill out old aluminium rivet things and replace with screws and then put it back on

@Jockgti. Just wondering whether either are expensive or hard to fix?

Regards.

i did both and i'm useless at working on cars so no,and to remove the pump costs 20 quid for a blanking plate or to remove and fix costs the price of 8 or 10 screws and bolts, fiver at most,if you remove the pump it does throw up an error code for improper flow which you can ignore or get mapped out

If your completely useless with cars just pull the connector out the pump

You'll eventually want it mapped so they can map the code out then
