I pay £198 for my wife on the GT TDI through Direct Line. Comparing insurance prices is a bit like chalk and cheese tho', as they will differ greatly from area to area.
Red Mk6 gone replaced with a white Mk7 which has gone too. Green Mk2 here to stay.

My mrs is 27yrs and has been driving for 9yrs with 9 no claims, she pays around £350 yearly with no claims protected, guaranteed CC, legal, personal injury ect all included, but bare in mind she drives a Aygo

This is not my experience of comparison websites, specifically Compare the Market, i've been insured with Direct line and Churchill in the past but am now with Aviva as they couldn't get close to the quote i got from Aviva on the comparison website, i then went direct to them and it was £50 cheaper still! Just because you get quoted on a comparison site doesn't mean you can't go direct, i will be going with Admiral when Aviva can't compete as they always come back with a good quote.
