Not a fan. Might be original parts but the reg plate just make them look odd?  :undecided:

It's your car - So It only matters what you think & Don't give a feck what other people think...

IMO - As Long AS It's Done Properly With OEM Stuff - It's Cool....

Type 19's just don't look good with BB's fitted...

Another point to note is that 88 & 89 cars are sort of the in-between-er's....

In between what I call proper Small Bumper & proper Big Bumper cars, as they have the CE1 Loom but fitted with CE2 spec Big Boss Steering Wheels & Columns with the Big Stalks, also big boss wiper mech's from a CE2 spec, so as such they are a miss match as they left the factory...

There is a guy on here who has a BBM think it's either a 88 or 89 spec that left the factory with Big Bumpers fitted & BBM's are supposed to be 90 spec cars....

So who can say 100% it's not a factory spec!!

Just tried to find some pic's of the BBM but I can't - Bum...

I wouldnt say it becomes TAT when you see the reg,
You dont really see many MK2s about these days,
So when people see 1 that looks nice an clean,
They not gonna say, That looks like TAT cause its got big bumpers on it
No guts No glory,

Personally, I prefer big bumpers, but it has to have the smaller side trim and wheel arches to match...

I wouldn't think Tat....
