fireing order

Hi guys, I know the fireing order is 1-3-4-2 for the golf, but could anyone tell me what lead goes to which terminal on dizzy please?

Correct.

Engine numbers from left (timing belt) to right are 1,2,3,4.  On dizzy, depending if your dizzy is set up correctly (some people have installed them the wrong way), number 1 is normally at the top, north facing. Top is 1, and then clockwise 3,4,2 on an 8v.

16v as above, but don't own a 16v so I'll go with Agreeable SLick.
