Jesus Christ Alan! You of all people here said you'd NEVER drive a diesel. Oh how times change eh?

AH..I remember... wasn't the sig quote of Alan something along the lines of...."The day you see me driving a diesel is the day there's no petrol left".

Alan you should do the right thing. Get a petrol car and suffer financially, using credit cards to survive one month to the next

Haha thanks for the support there lads.

After my test drives yesterday a descison has been made. The Alfa was lovely however its just too expensive. To get all the bits I want on it the price is just too high. The A3 on the other hand has everything already on it and Audi are still practially giving them away so Ive got some money left over to add quite a few extras aswell. Shall be speaking to the boss mas next week and getting one ordered.

The only problem is they have stopped production of the A3 and are only making the Sportback version which isn't what I wanted but is my only choice.

Too soon to be booking in a remap date? :D

oh dear....

not only a diseasel, but an audi, to make matters worse it must be the most outdated shape of car still being sold today..... and just when you think it couldnt make a worse car, they give it 2 extra doors and make it look like a mini audi hurst. Or worse still an a4 someone stood on. I really feel your pain... will it look the same as this hunchback one??
