Operation Garden. Birthday cake inside also

about a month ago i was fed up lookin out my window so figured ill do it!

took a few days off work to get the shed and decking done,

taken some photo's of my progress..















alls left to do now is get some bedding plants along the side's, keep watering my grass, and have many nice bbq's!

get some herbs mate im growing  mint, parsley, fennel, oregano, lemon grass, and a few others they are much better than bedding plants and have practical uses  :wink:

I couldn't do that, too many cats around and i'd always think they were "soiled" :sick:

Looks really good mate, get some hardy perennials planted- last for years and flower really well in spring/autumn  :smiley:

B&Q are doing deals on potted plants and BBQ's this bank holiday.

cats don't like garlic, lavender, rue or Coleus canina* (scardy cat plant)


*dogs don't like Coleus canina either

I so need a new shed! I just gave mine a small revamp today, although I've not stained it yet as I got rained off just as I was finishing. Where the fence panels are on the right of the picture, used to be large bushes that overhung the top of the shed. They basically completely rotted that whole side of the shed out, you may be able to make out how bad they are on the soil which is the next job to be done.  :sick:

Is that the plant which smells like weed?
