Urgent help needed !!!

Decided to do my wishbone bushes and topmounts today im now stuck trying to get them in ! The tt bush has about 2/3mm left to go in and it WILL NOT BUDGE and the smaller bush has about 5/6 mm left and funnily enough wont go in any further !!

Whats the best way to get them in !?

Large socket over one side , small socket on the other side against the metal collar, into a vice and tighten so the small socket pushes against the collar pushing it in and the larger socket is against the wish bone. If really stuck gentle heat on the wishbone.

That for the tt bush or the front golf one or both ? Either way cheers bud ive surrendered for today will start again tomoz lol! Does anyone have a picture how tt bush should sit? At the second the top pretrudes slightly and the bottom is flush should they be identical both sides ?

I had my rear bushes fitted like that mate, they are almost too thick to get both surfaces fitted flush

Il take a picture tomoz mate and show ya but like you i seriously cant see it going in anymore ! Is it worth replace the front bushes ? Any tips for them as there really squishy and just fold up after half way !
