You could also use one of these if it helps, could make one but getting a wheel on studs is easier than juggling a wheel on your foot, aligning the holes with both hands and then holding it there with one while trying to screw in the bolt.

I've people struggle with the silliest of things, like filling an engine with oil via the dipstick tube!!!  

The guy making this must have a demand and if theres a demand there must be people struggling with bolts

Never tried working on one so couldnt comment I'm afraid. it was more in referance to more simple procedures mind
