loose door card

I've got a wobbly door card!!! when you open the door from inside it pulls away from the door. I took it off to see what it sits in at the top and there's nothing there. I've searched on here and from pictures I can see there's clearly meant to be a lip that it sits in but isnt there on my car. what are these called!!??!! and where can I get one from??

You sure the plastic mounts around the screws at the bottom haven't snapped? Mine snapped and now the door card is looser than a sl*ts baps

yeah its all good round the bolts in just doesnt sit in anything at the top!!
