What you got at the mo?

BB bold touch 9900.

Battery has been dying very quickly. Last week got sent a new battery. Tried that and the same thing.

Got told to take to Voda shop to repair.. only to be told they are moving premises so I will have to drive to dewsbury or huddersfield to collect the repaired handset.

Managed to convince them to do an exchange at my home address, which they did today only to find the refurbed unit they sent doesnt work at all.

Now sending me a brand new boxed handset in white

So will stick that on fleabay and managed to get a new samsung for £440 so will probably only end up costing £200 which isnt too bad

Top-rated seller ( Feedback score of 4408)

and now the listing has been removed...

Ebay: never dodgy, much.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

I cannot for the life of me see how it will be worse than the BB.

My SII has been great.  A mate of mine who's an IT bod in the aerospace sector and seems to get everything as soon as it's released has been posting very enthusiastic notes about his SIII.

Thats good to hear. Although the BB is very good at being a 'phone' but not much else. However 6-10hrs standby is a pi$$ take

No doubt the s3 has some impressive features but if it does being a 'phone' well, and by this I stress battery life and making all communications easier then it will get a big thumbs up from me. Everything else is an added bonus  :nerd:

if you only need to "take" calls would it not be easier to buy a bomb proof nokia 3210 or 3310 that lasts a week on one charge? you also get snake as a bonus!

im still on the original galaxy s, i was going to now get an S2 as i figure they will be cheaper/better contracts, but i may just miss the S2 out and go for the S3.
