Dent removal advise

hi guys need some advise on tackling this dent



the bumper will be replaced as there's damage else where too, so its just under the light im alittle stumped with as its not just dented in on the side its dented on the rear too so it looks pinched  if that makes sense?

any help would be appreciated

It needs pulling out with a nail gun... Off to the bodyshop! and would be about 7 hours labour including painting the new bumper.
