Why not go for an AUQ you would need the matching ecu as well.

AUM and AUQ are the same bar the ecu. No?


I was told they are different but if not where does the extra 30bhp come from (is it the map ?)
Only the map is different. Ecu is the same Bosch me7.5, same pin out diagram, same engine looms, same engine etc.

All the power is from just the map, flash a AUM map to the AUQ ecu and engine then you have 150bhp and and flash AUM with AUQ map and 180bhp.

I think the engine codes are related to emission output to keep the EU pen pushers happy.
