anyone know what plugs in to this??

hi guys my out side temp sensor stoped working so i went to the scrap yard and got one. all working fine now :smiley: but theres one more plug next to it what plugs in here and whats it for???
 heres a pic of the plug in behind the bumper

It connects to what looks to be a second horn if you zoom in you can see one above and below my charge pipe.
