Abf leftover plugs
« on: 21 May 2012, 21:34 »
Loom in roughly, everything works and the car runs ok although the lambda is still not connected.

Im not sure where to connect the outside temp sensor in the wing to and mpg reads 99.9mpg are the main things i need help on. Also revs dont quite drop as cleanly as they should when releasing throttle.

This plug spare

And this one

Very smooth power delivery with the abf in but is running without lambda going to pull performance back a bit? Im not planning on running it around with no lambda i just wanted to test drive it after having the lump sat in my garden for a year.

Can you take pictures from a bit further out so we can get an idea of where it feeds into the loom. Top one looks like isv possibly but not sure on bottom one.

Top one is a diagnostic plug, which goes on a blank on the breather hose.

Not sure about the second, but I don't think it's an engine plug.
Just because you're offended doesn't make you right.

Looks like some kind of screen jet washer heater plug?
Is there a constant current live going through?

Oooh, I'll second that.  I was trying to place the connector and failing.

ah yes, i remember seeing it now when the 8v lump was in there.Cheers for that.
Just mfa to sort which currently reads 99.9mpg and the outside temp to connect up. The original wires are brown/white red/white. Might of accidently removed the wires when stripping abf loom out.
