I use Mobil 1 EPS formula from Halfrauds bout £50-60 again. but if you look online I think you can get it for 40ish
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Stripping the threads out the sump is quite common, they're made from some strange alloy I think, which is probably why. It will probably have to be helicoiled.

Better to replace the sump, you do not want the plug to fall out.

Well s/h sump (£35 tops) and say 3 hours labour, whilst you have the sump off I would also replace the pick up pipe (£12).
