crankcase breather pipe replacement

just found mine in 2 bits and was to replace with gen but at £27 when i can get this one

2000 GTI 1.8t ARZ, S2000 filter, DSG intake, Forge 007 dv, Catch can, R-tech custom remap, 3" Supersize Silicone TIP, Powerflex dog bone, 'The Beast' FMIC, Ultimate delete, LCR fuel pump, 3" Turbo back, K03 hybrid, Ported Manifold, S3 injectors, 80mm maf = 280bhp 270lbft :evil:

It's just a pattern part, it'll have been made to the same drawing under license.

Even if it is naff, it only has to last 50% as long as the original for you to be in profit.

When I replaced mine I bought an original one from VW about a year ago and it is still fine. Wish I could of found this one though and saved myself some money
Mods: R-Tech custom remap, Beachbuggy K250 Turbo, Forge 007 DV, RAMAIR Jetstream 108 induction filter, silicone piping throughout, R-Tech Supersize TIP, 42 Draft Stealth Catch Can, N249 bypass, Ported Manifold, Toyo Sports FMIC with 2 & 1/2 pipes, Custom made full turbo back exhaust & 2 & 1/2 " downpipe and 200 cell sports cat. BAM injectors, Turbosmart Boost Gauge, BBS CK Wheels, 312mm Brembo front discs and pads, Carbon canister delete and last of all, a liquid cube!

Is this the ope under inlet with a one way valve is there a picture were it shows we're it is situated on car. Just for reference. Plz

For you guys running catch cans how come you still require this item?
I don't, I have an adapter instead (I have braided breather hoses)

no its not the valve its just an elbow coming off the block  :wink:

there is a valve after it tho aint there cant remember got man flu coming on head is all blurghhhhhhhh  :grin:
