Mine is broken too, mine however is wedged up with two strategically placed pieces of wood to stop it sagging once moving over 30mph  :laugh:

Think the drains are bunged too as cornering results in showers for passenger/driver depending on direction.

My broken side is wedged up with the case that holds the face of the stereo  :grin:

You remove the headlining - not difficult, but just need to remove visors, grab bars and pillar trims first before taking it out. Un couple the electric motor and the four drain pipes. Finally there are about 8 bolts that hold it attached to the roof. Once these are removed it should pretty much drop out - I did it on my own but easier with an extra pair of hands - if nothing else they can admire what a great job you've done. Then its just a case of putting the new one in.

Ive had mine in and out a few times now.My original one packed up with the same problem yours has.I ended up moving the silver slider with a flat blade screwdriver in time with the other side when putting the roof back down.
New sunroof in im afraid.Its a little bit of a pain but you will do it a piece of piss. :cool:
