« on: 18 May 2012, 18:53 »
As the topic reads i am looking to see if anyone out there knows of any reverse camera,s that would work with the rcd 510.I dont want to go to the trouble and expense of the oem camera even though it is really cool so what i am looking for is someone that can point me in the right direction for a cheaper option

He's not but Keith is demonstrating that it's that much hassle and probably less hassle that the OP thinks.

Yeah there is another option other than the VW badge version.   Know the Scirroco boys fit different ones I think it's from the Passat.

I may be wrong but I know there is an alternative, SteveP used to do them.

The Rocco kit uses parts from the Bentley Continental so cheap it is not   The plastic cap the camera sits in is the best part of £30+ alone.

But the camera is cheaper just it will be too low IMHO on the Mk6 if you mount it in the bumper.
