Dash display blinking?!

Hi
My dash display (showing mpg and temp) has starting blinking at me maybe 2 or 3 times a second...  anyone had this or have any idea why this could be?

Faulty clocks you can get them repaired however it is much cheaper to get second hand clocks and someone to code them in for you. you can get standard clocks for around £30 of less......

Ah alright, thats a relief, thanks!  May be a stupid question but they won't cause any issues other than blinking though?

mine go dim when i drive for long periods. ill just leave them to die. no issues otherwise
