F & R bumper removal instructions
« on: 17 May 2012, 17:49 »
Folks,

Does anyone know of any info regarding removing the front lip spoiler and rear diffuser sections from the bumpers?

It appears to be just screws...but don't want to get all rough and break something.

Can anyone help?
Cheers

Replace a cracked front lip - my old man was driving my car...I told him it wouldn't go up his driveway...he argued it would.
The driveway won.
New lip required.

The rear diffuser thing I may get painted as it seems to attract polish from all around!

Oh dear hope it's sorted soon.

Do you think this is the reason why the front splitter/lip is not fitted to US cars?

I've not looked how easy the rear is yet as my diffuser should be coming back any day now, i was hopping i didn't have to remove the entire bumper, the rear diffuser looks to have some screws but a shed load of clip fittings where it meets

Nice!!

I didn't know the US cars didn't have it...but that's probably why.

Sadly this doesn't show the front lip or diffuser...just the complete bumper units.
