1.8 16v low power

stock engine. four branch ss manifold. large backbox (rattles alot)

 Low oil pressure light on (new pump needed i think as sensors, oil filter recently changed as part of bigger works)

low power at low revs, more than usual and 5th gear has nothing......

Few places you could start checking.  Try these (not in any particular order).

Ignition timing
Cam timing
Fuel pump and fuel tank lift pump
Throttle butterfly and fuel distributor (even check the throttle cable itself when opening the butterfly)
Vaccum leaks
