I'm a United fan, i think City deserved the title more then we did. They had a fantastic season, we had a lucky one.

One thing i can't stand and this is from all fans is resorting to history.. Yeah you might have won the League/FA Cup/Carling Cup/Champions League.. but we won it like 3 times 7, 8 and 9 years ago..

Accept we weren't good enough, look forward not back.

Hate to say it... but the man u fans are some of the worst losers ever. maybe now they will get to taste defeat on a more regular basis. Man u have been the best team over the last 20 years or so, no one can take that away. But when you look at the feat of winning 5 european cups, and the fact that man u have only managed that 3x in their entire history shows you how difficult it actually is.

So yes history is very important... but so is trying to move forward. The bar gets raised every season... and will do so again next season.

Of course history is important. Completely agree with what you are saying too.

What bothers me is when a team has had a season like United have and can't hold their hands up and say "Yeah, City were better and they deserved it. Let's see what next season brings"

Instead they go "Yeah so what, we won this and that and this, like 20 years ago"

History proves that a club is successful not just a team that can win things for a couple of seasons..
