vr6 lip vs gti lip

actually debating getting one my self came across these.

iv been looking at them aswell but not to sure about it as my cars mega low and the shollow lip is already hittin the ground on step hills and speed bumps lol so i dont want to be buyin a new lip every two weeks as iv been told they keep ones like to crack alot but i cant seem to find a genuine one so mite just get one and rasie the car a little  or can any one tell me where i can find a genuine one???

Try looking in the classified section mate, maybe find someone breaking an early vr6 or such as

I could be wrong but iv heard they don't make them anymore and even some VR6 don't come with original ones these days.

I had one of those from eBay..... Got it crimbo day, broke it on my way home lasted 5 miles... It didn't help that the vr splitter had 6mm clearance from the road...looked sweet, but  the copies break very very easily I hit mine on a cats eye under braking as i swithed lanes coming onto a roundabout, it it shattered into pieces....  Better with an original oem part although I've trashed my genuine duckbill one too now... But that's lasted 18 months

I've heard good things about the euro wagens splitter, supposed to be good and durable.

I used to have genuine one, got it for £5 coz it had a small crack init. Used to smash it daily and just bounces back

I had an ebay one too. Lasted literally 3 meters. Fitted it, reversed off the drive which has a tiny drop to the road and the splitter shattered

my shollow lip only got about 10mm to 15mm clearance but i want it lower   lol  i had a quick look but couldnt see any i have a other look the now. i dont see the point in buyin a cheep one if its just goin to smash  oem all the way i just need to find one now lol

LULZ just ordered one but then my car isn't on the ground! do need to lower it a 20mm at the front but i still need C spanners lol.

let me know how you get on with it mate. i just fitted my coilovers the day and put them as low as they would go but i want the lip lower lol then i mite rasie the car but il see what happens
