hi all im going to view a mk3 vr6 tommorrow  is there anything i should look out for apart from the usual car stuff thats specific to the vr6 engine?

apart from the engine you really need to have a good look for rust mate. check the sill and give them a good push and around the rubber plugs that run along under the car. rot is one of the main things on a mk3.

Yes, see if the cam chain rattles, if so walk away or haggle hard, it is major work to replace.

Yes but make sure it is stone cold when you get to it, start it from cold and have a real good listen.
