« on: 10 May 2012, 17:27 »
just got my car today and its needing new wipers as ones on it are useless so im thinking of upgrading to flat blade wipers can i get these for mk4? if so wheres best and cheapest?

car is totally standard and wanting to keep it mostly standard but dont mind few subtle mods if anyone has any suggestions as im new to these cars.

only other thing is where and what fuse is it for cigrette lighter as its not working...

The retro fit aero ones from VW are  Part Number : 1J2 998 002 and £23 - fit the standard arms, to fit new OEM arms and wipers is £100 new! They can be had for £30 ish on ebay though.

Tescos £6 a blade !

Ebay for less some people on here run cheap ones and say they are ok.

Personally I don't mess about with cheap wipers brakes or tyres
