In fairness to the guy selling them he might have bought some old stock,  I used to get stuff from land rover dealers all the time for pennies this strikes me as a item that would be sold for no money because it's been overorderd or no one can be botherd to find out what they are.  Used to have boxes of new main agent stuff that no one could be botherd to sort out.
