I've had my mk3 over a year now and made a few mods, so i thought it was time to start a thread. 

I always wanted a golf since i was young and my dad had Mk2 valver, then my mum passed away and he could no longer afford to run/insure it so sold it and got a much more wallet friendly Mk3 1.6 tdi with a mk4 engine. He had that for a few years and then the turbo blew, then he got vauxhalls, and i've never been a fan of them.

Disgusting Mk4 style lights and bonnet bra. (sold it, bought another, never fitted it.)


I plan to get some colour coded bumpers if i can find the right paint code (LC6V) and 16" alloys.

Kind of in two minds though as its only a 1.4 and its poverty spec, want to get something bigger and nicer, like a b5 passat estate.

I do miss those tastefully coloured wheels.
