only if the one you have is borked. push the piston up and put your finger over the small vac nipple on the top. it should hold some pressure then snap shut when you take your finger off. even if it doesn't do that it may just need servicing/re-greasing.

Likes been said if the.diaphragm and spring in the.valve are ok you'd be wasting your money.

The duty of a recirc valve is so simple, your just paying for the brand
