I'd say you'll meet buyers wanting it for silly money, but if you get someone who knows cars they'll pay for a top car, which I imagine yours is. I'd rather pay an extra grand up front than buy a ragged one which will probably cost much more than a grand in repairs.
I just bought an '07 in pristine condition with 38k miles and loads of service receipts etc (could tell the owner had really looked after the car) for £9,600. Drives like new. I could've got others cheaper, but they were high milers.
