Right lads thinking of getting aftermarket brakes nothing to special just better than standard vw ones!! Was looking at Brembo pads as heard they are good for the money and some sort of grooved disc But not sure what to go for Willing to spend about £150 for the front discs and rears im not to fussed about seen the

I think the ones you linked would be real good. People have different opinions on many different pad/disc combo, you will just have to find ones that work for you. Saying that I feel you could probably get a decent set of discs and pads for less than £100!

i got drilled and grooved all round with mintex pads and if im honest they are no better than the mintex discs i had before them these just look pretty behind the wheels
so unless going for the whole big setup like 4pots etc i wouldnt bother mate
