Buy a k04-001 by al means but don't buy a supposed genuine one with out a blue tag! Because you pay a potential premium for a gen turbo. Genuine k04-001 will have a blue tag either stamped part number serial number or etched, if it's sold as genuine but without tag I'd want to know why tag had been removed, no reason for it and without you can't prove its the real deal regardless. Now all a k04-001 is, is a k03s turbo with a k04 turbine. Good quality hybrids made to the same spec and sold as such are just if not better than original, maybe more expensive but shouldn't be sold as a genuine kkk turbo. I make and sell hybrids, whether it be from genuine originals or replacement genuine parts but never sold as genuine
All I'm saying is don't buy a k04-001 on the pretence and guarantee that Its genuine therefore must be good when it might not be! And without a tag I'd be suspicious as to why the tag wasn't present!
