What are my winter tyres/wheels worth - ??
« on: 05 May 2012, 12:08 »
Having a bit of clear out and wondering whether to sell my Golf GTI winter tyre set on, chances are I will have changed cars before next winter.

They are Dunlop winter sport sp 2005/5516
2 with about 5 mm
2 with 7mm tread left,

the wheels are bog std black painted steel wheels, I bought them as a set (brand new from Camskill) not sure how many miles they have done probably about 7 months of driving (2 winters)  so about 12k miles

cheers

Prob best to wait until snow is forecast if you're planning on selling them. Prices can be double what they're worth during summer months.
