I can't answer why they wanted it so badly but looking at the bid history on ebay for the first aid box it looks like there were two guys who wanted it and made some crazy bids. The guy who got it moved the bidding from £53 to £90 in one bid just before the close. The other bidder moved that to £100 and it finall went for £102. Thats crazy but good for the seller.

The bidding mist covered their eyes.... and they lost any common sense they might have had!

They had no sense in the first place, they should have gone to a scrappie and robbed one from something newer, or got a full kit from lidl for 2 quid odd. What a plaster in your boot is going to do anyway, I don't know, better off fitting a decent engine and steaming it to hospital imo

Period warning triangle seem quite hard to find , got mine of eBay de.  Left hand drive one though:grin:
