Wheel fitment
« on: 02 May 2012, 20:28 »
I have done some searching and have found lovely set of 17" alloys...

REAR - 9J ET 25 - tyre size 255/40ZR17
FRONT - 7.5J ET 15 - tyre size 215X45R17

BUT would need adaptors to fit them. Thinnest adaptors I could find was 15mm so would this leave me with a final offset of 0 & 10? No stretch in the tyre I might add. I am lowered ~40mm on springs & shocks and currently run 18's with 225/40/18 so zero stretch there also.

Sooo, would these fit under the arches? I am worried about 1. the offset and 2. the size of the tyres as it will be a different rolling radius than what I have currently!

I have used a tyre calculator fitment thingy but would like other opinions.

Cheers

Rear tyres are way too big plus final offsets is going to need work for clearance.

They are porsche twists...

I have messaged jonnyturbo to see he got his to fit but he doesn't seem to be about at the mo. Anyone know how he made his 9J rear ET25 then plus a spacer fit?
