VW Steering wheel identification pics

Hi to all.
Bit of help required to identify the exact steering wheel in the first pic below. It's leather and I have seen similar without the plastic bar at the base in most corrados, have seen same wheel but with a silver bar at the base in a polo and have seen this wheel advertised as an edition blue golf wheel on German Ebay and also actually in a Mk2 edition blue in uk. Help appreciated.
Also of possible interest is the Votex wheel i have just picked up for my Atlas grey mk2 Golf gti 8v

After market Votex Sam, most likely an early 90's Dealer option, and a very expensive one at that, theyvwere usually over £300

My Votex is NOS, mid to late 80's, it hung on the wall in the parts department at Castles VW Leicester for many years, now its on my car

Just fitted the votex wheel and it looks grand! Golf is a 91 so that works. Like the 80,s option tho.
