Not daily. but i think i still have a copy on my laptop at home what ddo you need doing and if i still have it ill have a go tonight or sometime

No offence but I need somone who knows what they are doing rather than 'having a go'. Its to create a complete injection moulded usb stick with correct ribbing, components and correct friction fitting components  :laugh:

might not use it daily, but done two courses and used it and simelar programs over the past 5 years in engineering  :wink:

I cant CAD monkey it for you but give it a go and I will give you some input on mould/part design.
I built €3 million worth of mould tooling last year......

Its ok folks, I figured out a load of stuff today (only took me a billion years). I can hapily use pro-e, its just that we are doing a stupid project where you have to convert a surface model into a solid model using thicken and such like which simply doesnt work. Anyhow, here we are atm  :undecided:

No material atm really, just some random plastic (PP perhaps?)
