R32 of ebay or Genuine R32
« on: 01 May 2012, 11:22 »
Hello dubbers, I've noticed that R32 kits of eBay are a little different from the originals, they have those square slots but are the ones of eBay any good as I'm not looking to spend a lot on exterior,(performance FTW) fmdoes anyone have eBay ones and how is the fit on the mk4, I know genuine fits perfect also any links to good eBay ones, thanks

I got an ABS plastic replica via ebay from a company. Was very cheap about a oner, and tbf is a good fit. meets up with the front wing panels. my only gripe personally to me is the fact its more smoothed than the genuine R32 as the indentations in the sides aren't as deep. There also isn't a number plate surround and there isn't washer jet cut outs. And comes with white sh!tty mesh for the bottom parts. But it's alot cheaper than any R32 genuine one. Here is mine sprayed up. I bought genuine R32 black plastic mesh for the the bottom. It doesn't clip in to fake bumpers so i had to pop revit the centre one and use a silicone being black to hold in the outter ones whilst being held down with a pair of mole grips sitting on a bumper stand.
