non starter, making progress

so my golf wasnt starting, it was just turning over and not catching, although it was getting spark and fuel.
Now tho i have got to the point where its catching but not firing up, any 1 got any ideas?

my golf seems to have something similar, have to press the throttle to get her running..
am gonna hook her up to my vag-com program and see what it says, will post the results here as well as my topic
fingers crossed it's not the injectors.. clogged ain't so bad, dump a bottle of redex in and you're sorted, but if they're actually faulty.. dollaz.

if my foots on the throttle flat to the floor it still doesnt fire up it tries tho lol.
let me know how you get on, i'll check my injectors tommorrow and hope for the best lol

my AGG Engine in the 3.5 cabby does this, will turn over and over, pressing the throttle fully and holding it puts the ECU into flood mode to clear a flood, not sure what it actually does,  never get a fault code as the standard OBDII system doesnt seem to be interested in whats going on
