if i remember right you'll only get some sort of circuit/signal failure show up as a fault code. the home-made way to test if the mechanical parts are doing their job is the suck-blow test :grin: i can never remember which one of the ports is supposed to be air tight.

Haha so I'm going to be spending my Sunday morning sucking and blowing the N75 ports lol ??? God help me!!!

while you're down there give the engine a reach-around... to check the actuator rod has free movement :grin:

Ha its already had a couple cheeky reach arounds and alls in working order  :wink: will get the N75 off and see if I can get any joy with that cheaper than a decat if it is!! Cheers mate

36psi???? :laugh:

Even on actuator pressure your only going to get 28psi max,  the only way I can get 35psi+ from a K03 is to hold the wastegate shut solid with a bar...this gives around 340+lbft with major engine det :grin:

You could have a sticky waste gate??
