There was a crime, they left the scene of the accident and the only reason you know who did it was because you investigated and had a witness. :undecided: Sounds to me like she's not insured though. :undecided:
......now officially dubless.

sounds like it could be the case. When i wrote my car off there was noone else on the road and even i wasnt injured but without a crime number my insurance company wouldnt pay out. There has been a crime, she reversed into a golf...not only was it a golf, it was your golf! If 200 notes will cover it then go for it but like i said before dont settle if your lookin like doing badly out of it!

thats the best mk3 ive seen..ever! its just clean and subtle..

Right this is what you do mate, go threw the insurance, as by the sounds of things she isnt insured!! and she is fogging you off and keeping you on hold, which is a problem because if you leave it to long your insurance company might get funny with you, they also dont like it if you try and sort things out behind there back, so to speak.

You'll have to pay your access, but take a claim out at the small claims court and sue her for the £350 that you have lost because of this, it will cost you £80 but you'll get that back when you win, which iam sure you'll will, just speak to C. advice they'll advice you for free.

Police dont really care about "prangs" specially if your in a car park or a private road, although its always good just to report it anyway even if they aint interested.

Please dont let her get away with this, dont go asking her for money any more, do it the LEGAL way mate!!! this is why you pay insurance!!

seriously mate, take it to the small claims court (local county court) and sue her for that money that you have lost because of the damage she had done to your car.
Dont let this cow put you out of pocket!!!

yeah i know... but just think this other women is now much more out of pocket than you, as her insurance will go up, and if she aint got insurance then thats an £800 fine, also if you sue her thats £350 plus court fee's she'll all have to pay!!
