I have these on the back of the VR6, they seem ok. A bit noisey but don't feel too different to the APs i have up front. S far the best suspension as been the SPAX spring and shock kit i had though

I got these on my mk3, they were on when i bought it...I hate the ride,bouncy and harsh,dampning is terrible, but they are dropped pretty low. I'm going to try raising them up which i think gives 30mm lowering compared to oem.
 If i'm still not happy im going back to oem and these will be off in the bin.

Basicly if you're after performance coilovers, make sure you dont buy these.

i'v brought some second hand FK things and well its like being on a bouncy castle at time lol. think ill get some of these next.
