All black '56' plate GTI with cloth Recaros-anyone know it?

Going to view said car in the morning.I had a 3-door GTI DSG in white about 5 years ago.Had loads of cars since.Putting sensible head on now and looking for a 'keeper',always admired folk who keep their cars longer than a year.
Drawn to this as it has a good spec. of xenons,sunroof,DSG and said seats,which look so cool in the cloth. It has been coded black including badges,rear valance and has the black Monzas.So i'm guessing it has belonged to an enthusiast,wondered if it was anyone on here?
Also if i do buy is swapping the steering wheel for a multi-function jobby tricky?

Hmm can i haggle this down to 11,000 euros :p

Looks fairly bog standard but only things i would change are the colour of the seats and add some xenons

Hrmm, not too keen on that interior tbh.. the GTI is much better suited to the interlagos/black leather interior and black rooflining, IMO
