How often do you go?

Not number two but number one

how often do you go?

recently its been 4-6 times a day, usually within 30 minutes of a cup of tea/coffee or a soft drink

its this too much? should i visit a doctor?

Tea and coffee contain caffeine.

Caffeine is a diuretic.

A diuretic makes you piss loads.

4-6 times a days sounds pretty normal. But if you worried then go see a Doctor to be on the safe side.

i go around the same, but then again i drink lots of water proberbly already had over a letre today :D .

are u drinking more than usuall.. or rather more thirsty than usual?

lloyds pharmacy do a free diabetic cjeck if you find yourself having to get up in the night to pee or have a drink might be worth taking the test

It will be the caffeine, this last Monday/Tuesday I was constantly going for a pizzle after having a week off work and not having a lot of caffeine in that time it was a shock to the system coming back to strong coffee at the push of a button  :laugh: My body still isn't used to the sudden caffeine intake and I've been 3 times already - though I have had 4 coffees  :grin:

Sounds normal i probably go more like 10 but i drink 5-6 litres of water a day  :shocked:
