Aye.

The majority of fast cars that end up at the workshop don't get driven onto the road for this very fact.

The RX7 was an exception though.

I guess so but the purpose was more of a heads up to think about taking someone elses car for spin without thinking of the what ifs.

There is no thread, pics or video at the moemnt due to needing to get things straight with insurance.

I got a friend who test drove a Porsche he was interested in gave it far to much on the test drive & crashed it, had to buy the car at full asking price then get it repaired  :grin:

Had this with mates on bikes .

Swapped bikes and 4 miles later, one totalled £8 grand bike.  Third party insurance only.

He is still paying it off now  :shocked:

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.
