vm are rubbish they cap there speeds at peak hours even when they say they dont.

I was listening to a Radio Wales phone yesterday on call centres and some tech genius said that saying the word "adviser" get you through immediately to someone.

The upgrade is old news - have you not seen the adverts? If you are a new customer you still get an upgrade.

so explain why for the last 11 months i pull 30 meg from 5pm til midnight, daily
