So at car had done 9,000 miles and had first service so intake time courtesy of Revo, this is the Race version with ceramic coating:

Smoothed TTS engine cover added to tidy up the engine bay

This made a big difference and car is pulling circa 330bhp on the dyno and in gear pulls nicely
Biggest issue was brakes as no BBK fit under the stock rims without spacers so attention turned to wheels and brakes.
Wanted something a bit different on the wheel front from the usual suspects so went for some gun metal TSW Nurburgring RFs which way in at 8kg in 18x8, offset is 45, wanted an understated but manacling look:

Also tts cover was looking naked so some 35 decals applied:

Brakes then fitted, leave the huge discs for the queens out there, so went for AP 4 pot set up with 330mm discs, these are epic and shed loads lighter than the stock set up.

So when i built the 35 i wanted a car that was capable of doing a European road trip and some track action so decided to kill two birds with one stone.
Decided at a couple of days notice to take a Road Trip to Germany with just the car, the tom tom and me, plan was:
- Harwich to Hook of Holland on Ferry
- Holland to Wolfsburg
- Visit Autostadt and VW Museum
- Wolsburg to Nurburgring
- Nurburgring to Calais via spa
Car was faultless, coped with jams in Belgium, 150+ on the autobahn and the ring, a few pics of the car on its travels, got about 168mph on the GPS and still some way to go
