I never said it's the sole cause, but it doesn't help.

People need to man up, grow up and stop claiming for what ever they can get their greedy hands on.

In this case I think they are more than entitled to claim. You cannot blame other motorists for you having to pay a higher premium.... well you can.... but it wont get you anywhere

I'm not talking specifically about the origional post, just in general.

Oh, and people really need to set their 'head restraints' correctly.
