On my car generally just come in after every few steps and have a cup of tea, check my eBay stuff.

Customers cars then even though I work at home, I stop at 10, 12 & 3 for a tea and something to eat like toast or something.

I never feel like eating if I have to work on the car, but I always make sure there is an ice cold bottle of beer to hand (or two)
