They don't, but Jay got it in one - STORM - in all capitals.

One of those things you either know, or you don't because it is stupid having something like that being case-sensitive, especially as it's wrong.

Well it never hit my email account - may have gone into spam.

To be fair, that's ages ago and the link above is the lost password link.  How would you recover your password without that email?
